People These days

Facebook is a social network that is slowly but surely consuming people’s lives. Every thought, and every feeling goes on to the usual “facebooker’s” profile. Facebook is just another place for busy bodies to sniff around other people lives. Facebook was ment to be a place for “friends”, but recently it has turned into this big huge stalking/drama/creeping enterprise that people just can’t give up. If Facebook just ceased to exist what would everyone do with their spare time that is usually spent updating their facebooks?
I’m getting away from the Facebook topic and going to society. If you look back in the day, everyone seemed smart in a way like, if their car broke down they could fix it. But now a days no one is mechanically inclined. Most people these days can’t even change their own oil. Like back during World War 2 when all the men were off fighting the war, the woman were working factories and taking up all the labor. What if there were a World War 3? Are people now a’ days capable of surviving without technology?
People are so dependent on technology its sick. If our technology were just suddenly wiped out, more than ¾ of our population would die off. You’re hungry, you’re first instinct is to go to Kroger or McDonalds. What if there wasn’t a McDonalds or Kroger? Are people these days capable of going out and getting their own food? Growing a garden or even hunting?

Music

Too me music is therapy. If it didn’t exist I would probably end up losing my mind. Everything I do I’m listening to music, whether I’m just hanging, or working I’m jamming out. For some reason I tend to judge people on the music they listen too. There’s good music and there bad music, but too me not many people know what good music is. Why is good music shelved and the bad music are making millions? Don’t get me wrong when I’m dancing I’m going crazy to some waka or some Gucci, but some peoples playlist are filled with that. Too me it’s just not real music. I mean all it is, is a good beat with weak lyrics.

My all time favorite band would have to be sublime. Their songs are timeless and you could never get sick of them. Why do song now a days get old after your first 5 times listening too them? But then you click on some oldies, and you can listen to them all day long. Times change and so does music, and too me I feel like it’s just getting worst and worst. Question of the day, why is the good stuff on the underground and the weak stuff is making millions. That’s a question I can’t answer.

Payton Manning

It’s wrong what the colts are doing to Payton Manning. He has incredible numbers. He’s been to 11 pro bowls, not to mention the super bowls. His stats are unreal with a 94.9 passer rating, the colts don’t know what they’re losing. With his neck messed up he still has the heart to keep it going in the NFL. He’s so good he can turn around a team single handed. He has spirit and heart and not many people have that in the NFL. Payton doesn’t do it for the money, like when I saw his press conference he was in tears. He loved his surroundings, he loved his fans and his teammates. Now to just get rid of a 13 year vet is wrong. He’s a coach on the field. When he plays he knows when the coach makes a bad decision, he changes the play. He’s an unpredictable quarterback. He knows just about every defensive scheme there is. In 13 years he’s seen everything in the NFL.  The least the colts could have done was make him an offensive coordinator. His numbers don’t lie.

my life

I was born in Ross, Ohio in a trailer, moved to price hill on Beach Avenue and that’s where I grew up. I then moved to Covedale, then I moved to where I live now in Bridgetown.  Through all those moves happened a chain of events that forever changed my life for the good and the bad.
I don’t really remember living in Ross, I was only a baby. But when we moved to price hill those were the best days of my life. I had all of my best friends in price hill. Everything was good. We had bottle rocket wars, egged houses, fought kids, water ballooned things, it was the life. Then the thing that happened to everyone else in America…forclosure. We couldn’t pay for my school, st. Williams, so I got kicked out of there, then the move..
We moved to covedale when I was around 14. I went to covedale elementary and things there weren’t bad, infact things were what I made it, so it was bad. For some reason I tend to make things worst than what they are. My mom breaks her ankle, and loses her good paying job, and my dad is forced to pay the rent. So we get evicted and when that happens by law you have 30 days to move out. But by day 2 we had most of our things moved out. We’re at the new house where we’re living now, and we come to find out that most of our belongings were sitting in a dumpster. Thinking of that makes my blood boil.
We moved to where I live now, and I again switched schools to rapid run when I was in 7th grade. I went through there and then went to oak hills. I went from oaks hills to diamond oaks my junior year, probably one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I met people I’ve never thought I’d befriend, and things were great. Then we find out my dad has cancer, the worst kind you could have..pancriatic cancer. Now what I posted there was only a brief story of my life. If I were to write everything about my life, it’d be a best selling novel.

My philiosphy

My main goal in life is too find happiness, love, and a purpose. If you think about it that’s what everyone wants. You can’t find happiness through money, or materials but you find happiness through your surroundings. What I mean by that is you can find happiness through a girl you love, or if you get some land and you love the area, pretty much whatever you want. My goals aren’t set by getting somewhere in society. I want to get somewhere with myself, and my people around me, if that makes sense.
I have a few options of what I’d like to do after high school.  I just to get by with just what I need, I don’t need a huge house, big t.v. nice car, none of that is important to me. So I’m planning on making enough money to get by with the trade I’m learning at diamond oaks. With this trade you can have work where ever you go throughout the world.
All I want in life is my people that make it a life. Without my people I don’t know where I’d be right now. I’d probably be a depressed hermit. I have everything I need right now, with what I have. My family, and my friends. Have no bad mind, no hatred, no jealousy of your neighbor, and I promise you that you will have peace for all your days to come. Just be real with yourself, and with everyone and you will be respected. dont lie don't cheat, and don't steal. don't ever go against your princibles.

Economic and Social turmoil: History Always repeats itself

Everything that could be going wrong in this country is going wrong. The entire world is currently in turmoil. The value of the dollar is dropping dramatically and we are heading towards hyperinflation. It’s too late for the economy to bounce back. Even if we were to balance the budget, we still owe interest rates that are equal or more than the debt that we owe.
Now a good start to turn things around would be to elect Ron Paul. His philosophy is a libertarian. They believe in Low taxes, little to no government, (which means no social programs such as welfare, food stamps, ect) Free enterprise with no government regulations, and making laws up to the state level. Believe it or not this country is going towards a socialist state. Both political parties that control this country are becoming to have the SAME socialist ideals.
The American dream is officially over, unless action is taken. Our country has taken up this role of policing the world. Just look back in time and look at all the empires that have fallen trying to maintain the world. Bottom line it never works.
History always tend to repeat itself, our country is the best since the Roman Empire. And we are running our resources too thin, and our resources are liable to run out. Unless we don’t want to end up like the Roman Empire, let’s stick to what made us the most prosperous country in all the time of humanity, our constitution that protected our god given rights. Our government has wandered so far from the constitution it’s disgusting.
